This web site addresses a problem that is not only highly complicated from a scientific point of view, but also extremely sensitive both socially and ethically: the use of tests to determine genetic susceptibility in the working environment.

The site was designed to present to as many people as possible sufficient, well-founded and comprehensible information on the potential role of knowledge of genetic susceptibility in the protection of health at the workplace.

Although it describes the problem within the Belgian context, the site is nonetheless far more universal in its relevance.

We hope to contribute with this site to a wide debate by all of society, in Belgium, in Europe and beyond.
